We highly recommend Bluske Custom Builders for a new home construction. When we had our first meeting with Mike, we went over our blueprints and gave a list of ideas we wanted to incorporate into the house. We had been keeping a growing list of "wants" for years and were finally going to get them all into our new house. Mike listened and understood our needs and expectations. We were happy with the bid and got on the schedule. Mike is very strong in project management. We were given a schedule from start to end and it was followed very closely. It was really helpful to know when we had to have things picked out, ordered or purchased and on hand so we weren't rushed to make decisions. I would like to express my gratitude to Mike Bluske, Bluske Custom Builders and his crew who consistently perform at a high level. In 2013, particularly, I had a need to remodel an apartment unit following several years of tenant abuse, wear and tear. Following the walk-through, Mike and his men turned that 1100 SF, one-and-a-half story unit into a beautiful rental. Sheetrock repair, door and trim replacement, new walls for an added shower upstairs– all was organized by Bluske Custom Builders and handled in a professional, timely and efficient manner…and, at a reasonable cost.
Mike and his crew just completed another apartment project for me ( one of 5 or 6 over the last few years), on a smaller scale but with several important changes. I am amazed at their expertise in organizing tearing out walls, adding spaces, replacing the old and installing the new. Electricians, plumbers, insulation crews, drywall guys, painters, and floor covering specialists are called as the project progresses, and I never have to worry about a thing.
